Yihui joined us shortly! After we were done shopping, we walked to RWS and got lost while finding the hotel

Luckily our friends came to the rescue and helped us carry our heavy bags of stuff! In the mean time while we were lost, Yihui insist on getting her bean boozled from candylicious for the games later on hahaha such a persistent girl!

Our stay for this Christmas at Festive Hotel! Thanks to Seng Yang we managed to get a room here at a cheap price!

The room has a queen size bed that could fit 4/8 of us, a loft bed for 2 and a sofa bed for 2! So it was just nice for all of us to sleep comfotably!

But the weather was kind enough for me to take a few couple of nice shots before it started pouring for good.

We took shelter at Mel's Drive in when it started to rain. Their chili beef fries sauce taste quite bland? But the chocolate milkshake was good.
Took the Elmo spaceship because it was the nearest to Mel's
Went to a minion store and they have these distorted mirrors, looking like a dwarf here!
Since the rain wasn't going to stop anytime soon, we find it no point to stay there any longer and we headed to Insadong korea town to have our dinner before catching "Cooties" at the theater! That sums up our sundate!

Finally got a nice skin template for my blog with the help of my boyfriend, making my blog look so pretty! For that it makes me wanna update my blog more frequently HAHA Thank you baby, love you ♥

Had a sweet staycation planned by the boyfriend at Carlton City Hotel! The first thing that caught my eye when I stepped into the lobby was this!(picture above) 

Check-in was a little troublesome as we needed to pay an upfront deposit of $50 in cash before we could check in and just nice both me and my boyfriend didn't have it so we had to go to the nearest ATM opposite to withdraw. So do remember to have spare cash with you upon checking in!

We got the lower level rooms as the upper level rooms with king size bed was full. We were actually surprised that there wasn't any bathtub in this room?! When it clearly shows that it has a bathtub + a separate standing shower on the booking page, we booked through agoda by the way. So we called the receptionist and they were nice enough to move us to another room. Waited about 15 mins or so for someone to come and notify us that our other room was ready.

This room seems much bigger than the previous one too and it feels more comfortable!

Here's the highlight of the room, the bathtub!

The bed is so fluffy and soft to lie on, had difficulty waking up the next morning :P

We had dinner at this Japanese restaurant The Public Izakaya by Hachi at Icon Village. They have their other outlet at 100am shopping mall which is just nearby too.

Their prices are pocket friendly and their food is pretty good too.

We had some fresh oysters at $8/piece

The size of the chicken karaage wasn't what we imagine to be..it is freaking huge like some chicken bomb! No wonder the waitress who took our order asked if we really wanted to order this dish(not knowing the size obviously)

Back to the hotel to watch movies and of course waiting for 12am to strike!

A mini cake for me since I'm not a cake person! But my boyfriend loves cake :P

Thank you for planning for my birthday celebration, wouldn't ask for anything more as you are the best gift I've gotten this year. And also it was our 6th monthsary, to many more months and years together!

Had dinner at dancing crab with the family and relatives, it's not worth the money and not shiok enough because the portion is so small :(
